Honorary Consul of Canada Mary Duncan visited The Gallery recently to view the Native North America: Contemporary Innovations exhibition. The free exhibition, in partnership with the Baldwin Gallery, features Indigenous First Nations Canadian artists combine traditional art practice with contemporary minimalism, Pop art, and performance art photography and runs until Sunday 19 January 2020. Mrs Duncan met with council officers and local elected members for a special tour of the gallery.

"Everyone enjoyed the chance to view some of the fantastic works on display from a number of talented Canadian indigenous artists."
