West Lothian Council have welcomed a £4 million investment to help increase local recycling.

West Lothian Council has reduced its C02 emissions by almost half since 2013/14 and made significant progress over recent years to reduce energy use in other areas.

West Lothian residents are being asked to share their views on whether temporary measures such as reduced 20mph and 40mph speed limits and new cycle lanes should be kept.
