We are currently receiving a high volume of calls regarding council housing repairs and gas servicing.

Our advisors are working as quickly as possible to help customers and arrange repairs.

Anyone who needs a repair are asked to request it through the Tenant's Portal if possible. This page also has some useful information and self-service videos to help tenants.

If you need to speak to one of our staff, be aware that there could be a delay when you call. You may prefer to leave a message for us and an advisor will call you back as soon as they can.  Please leave only one message, as multiple messages could lead to further delays for everyone.
