The Third Sector Community Support Fund 2024/25 is now open for applications.
The focus of the fund is to support projects and services that address one or more of West Lothian Council's priority areas, with those that support communities through the cost of living crisis a key consideration in any award.
The council is particularly keen to see projects that target communities in the bottom 20% of Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation (SIMD) data zones, as well as those which support the aims of the Anti-Poverty Action Plan and the work of Local Regeneration Steering Groups.

Executive councillor for the economy, community empowerment and wealth building Kirsteen Sullivan said: Our third sector partners and their volunteers in West Lothian already carry out some incredible work in West Lothian, and we hope this fund will support them to do even more for our communities.
"I would encourage any third sector organisation working in priority areas to check if they could be eligible for support.
"We are aiming to focus our resources on those projects which will have the greatest impact,
such as those that help mitigate the impact of the cost of living crisis or target our least affluent communities, to make best use of the limited resources available."
