A By-Election is to be held in the Whitburn and Blackburn Ward (West Lothian Council) following the resignation of Councillor Kirsteen Sullivan.
The Whitburn and Blackburn council ward is represented by four councillors. Formal notification of the By-Election date will be provided in due course.
