A By-Election is to be held in the Broxburn, Uphall & Winchburgh Ward (West Lothian Council) following the resignation of Councillor Diane Calder, who is retiring.
The Broxburn, Uphall & WInchburgh Ward council ward is represented by four councillors. The date of the By-Election will be published in due course.
